Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable & non-transferable deposit of £50 per person is required to secure your booking.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or debit card.
Cheques should be made payable to Croga Tours Ltd.
A provisional booking will be held for one week, however if no deposit is received during this time, the booking will be released.
Please be aware, if you are booking on behalf of a group of people, then you are responsible for all aspects of the booking. This includes advising your group about the booking terms & conditions, in particular, the terms relating to the payments & the cancellation policy.
If you have people drop out and we are not informed in time, you will be held liable so please be careful.
Holiday Insurance is not included in the price of tours. We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover all aspects of your holiday, no matter how close to home you may be travelling in case you may need to cancel. This should start from the day you make your booking.
Terms & Conditions
Refunds will ony be paid if a tour is cancelled by us or if cancelled within the times set out in our cancellation charges section.
Please make sure that you read these, as once we receive your deposit, your booking is binding.

Full payment must be received 42 days before the date of departure otherwise, we will assume the booking is cancelled and your seats will be released.
42 days before departure - Loss of deposit only
41-31 days - Loss of 50% of total holiday cost
30-14 days - Loss of 60% of total holiday cost
14-0 days - Loss of 100% of total holiday cost

With recent changes in weight restrictions, luggage is limited to one medium sized suitcase per person (15kg per person). Additional space for rollators & wheelchairs is limited and must be reserved at the time of booking.
Single rooms are limited and usually involve an extra supplement set by the hotels. Additional rooms can be purchased buy only by the terms set by the hotel.
We do not issue seat numbers, but you can request where you would like to sit. We will try our best to get you as close to it as we can as it is virtually impossible to give everyone a front seat on the coach.
Pick Up Points
We try our best to accomodate passengers with local pick up points, however due to tight time schedules, these may differ depending on the direction of the tours destination. Please choose the most convenient pick up point listed when booking.
